In a minute or less.......

Through one night of boredom at The Q, I've come to a startling revelation concerning how men might become interested in a woman. I've broken down what could possibly happen in the first minute you see a girl. Now this might also work for women looking at a man, or Homosexuals looking at their same sex however, I'm a heterosexual male so this is my perspective.

Now, I believe in the first minute you can see, hear, and learn enough about a girl to decide whether or not you want to pursue her. If enough traits match what you want, or would accept then perhaps you would pursue, however if they are not, it is likely that you will not pursue said female. But lets just get down to the details.

When you first see a girl what do you look at first? Her eyes? Her smile? Her ass perhaps? Don't worry there are no wrong answers. It just all depends on what catches your eye and from what angle you see this girl. Obviously if you see her from behind you won't be able to see her eyes first.

Anyway, here's a list of things I can notice about a girl in the first minute or so of seeing her. Not in a particular order of importance or when I would notice them. Just what can make or break the pursuit.

Race
Hair
Eyes
Physical Attributes- Weight, Height, Posture, Skin
Smile
Sexual Attributes-Butt, Bosoms
Clothing Style
Teeth

If you are lucky and she is talking and with a group of people you can notice:

Attitude
Social Group
Voice
Possible Beliefs (Depending on context of convo, I mean how often does a girl spout about her religious beliefs in public?)
Laugh

I think this is a good representation of what we as humans can process in a matter of seconds to determine whether or not we want to engage in some sort of relationship with any given female. Now this list might be missing some things, and it might include things you might not have realized that you notice but trust me we notice more than just your Sexual parts ladies, at least us respectable guys. So I challenge a girl to make me a list of what you notice about us in a minute or less.

  1. Loved the article, especially since we discussed this topic on Easter. I feel you wrote it in a way that keeps the reader interested. The "female" challenge at the end is bloody brilliant. It encourages comments and audience feedback.
