We live in a world of Injustice and Inconsistency. A world where the rules don't apply to all and where rewards are given for the wrong reasons. The weak are oppressed and many people go without a voice. Lies are spread like pollen on the wind and fear follows swiftly behind it. We are all confused and aimless wondering through life.
Deception hides behind every corner and even the people who know of it's existence do nothing to combat it. It has become the norm and we have become complacent.
Disease ravages large parts of the world, hunger takes the lives of countless millions, and innocents are destroyed.
If only we could hit the reset button and start again.
Although we might just come to the same standstill. The folly of man will bring us down the same pathways to self abhorrence and destruction.
Simple minded, emotion driven, petty creatures, we skulk across the years. Consuming all we find. Food, resources, sanity. Until it's dried up.
There is a light side to the dark but fewer and fewer people know what that truly looks like. Especially when the dark is clever enough to mask it self as the light. Conning the weak and stubborn alike.
Who is the man behind the curtain? Who is pulling the strings?
A god? A corrupt world order? or is it simply man's nature. An inevitable outcome for these circumstances?
I have little hope left in the hearts of men. Too many of us are broken and seek fixes from the wrong avenues.
How do we mend this world?
